PRIVACY POLICY PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THE GENERAL REGULATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (EU) 2016/679 “GDPR”
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, the “Adaptation Decree” and EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) below you will find the necessary information relating to the processing of personal data provided by you as part of your visit to our Website https://www.alpi.it (hereinafter also the Website), so that you can browse at your leisure, with the full knowledge that your data will be processed lawfully and securely.

The Data Controller
The Data Controller is LES s. r. l, holding of the ALPI Group. – VAT number 00139520407 (hereinafter also the “Controller”), who may be contacted by written communication to be sent to: Alpi S.p.A., Viale della Repubblica, 34, 47015, Modigliana (FC), Italy.
The Data Protection Officer (hereinafter also the “Officer”), appointed by the Data Controller, can be contacted by e-mail at the following address: privacy@alpi.it.
An updated list of officers appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to Article 28 of GDPR and of the persons authorised to conduct the processing may be consulted at the headquarters of Alpi S.p.A. or the list can be requested by e-mail to the Officer’s address.
Types of data processed and purposes
We collect your data in two ways.
Data collected by default:
During your navigation, the following information may be collected and stored in the log files of the Website’s server (hosting):
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- type of browser;
- parameters of the device used to connect to the Website;
- name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit.
This data is used to keep track of your behaviour on our Website and is used for statistical and internal analysis services.
Data provided voluntarily:
In the event of your voluntary use of services on the Website (such as, for example, communication services – contact form), the following data may be collected:
- name;
- surname;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- CV;
- All additional information provided voluntarily by the interested party in the ‘info’ section;
which will be used exclusively for:
- provision of the requested service;
- request for a comment on the service provided;
Processing location
The data is processed at the Data Controller’s offices, at the web Hosting datacentre and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Friweb S.r.l. (Tax Code.014012170035) web hosting is the data processor, which processes the data on behalf of the Controller, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in compliance with European standards.
Processing methods
The Data Controller processes your Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction.
The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, access to the data may be given to categories of employees involved in the organisation of the Website (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, where necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller.
The Data Controller undertakes to implement solutions aimed at ensuring the secrecy and security of data processing but is not responsible for the correctness, compliance and accuracy of any data entered.
The Data Controller undertakes to remove your data in response to your express request received via: “privacy@alpi.it”.
Any data provided without your express consent shall be deleted.
Data storage period
The data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service you requested or required by the purposes described in this document. Upon expiry, the data shall be deleted or anonymised, unless there are other purposes for its storage.
The data provided for Analytics (statistical) purposes is only stored in an aggregate format.
The data subject may always request the interruption of the processing or the deletion of data and the Data Controller undertakes to remove it, simply by sending an email to: privacy@alpi.it.
Rights of the data subject
Each user who visits the Website is to be considered a data subject and as such has the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns the user or to oppose the processing (Article 15 et seq. of the GDPR).
The appropriate application is submitted by contacting the Data Protection Officer via the email: privacy@alpi.it.
If data subjects believe that the processing of their personal data is in violation of the provisions of the GDPR, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data, as required by art. 77 of the GDPR, or to take appropriate judicial action.
